Each Brief is the documentary companion to its Episode. A concise BLUF identifies the investigative issue, essential fact pattern, and conclusion. Below it, an APA-formatted annotated bibliography preserves the sources cited and referenced throughout the Episode, with annotations, direct links, and archived copies wherever available.

Opening case study
Each Brief opens with a concise BLUF summarizing the investigative issue, essential facts, and Episode conclusion, followed by an APA-formatted annotated bibliography preserving the cited and referenced source record.
Episodes
Each Episode presents a documented case study as a highly descriptive, metaphor-rich, voice-led radio narrative. It closes with one deeper jurisprudential insight grounded in Natural Law and Constitutional Originalism, then invites listeners to draw and share further insights of their own.
The number may open the file. It does not close the case. Citizen Intel treats alphanumeric and symbolic correspondences as investigative leads that must survive documentary collection, chronology, competing explanations, and the evidentiary record.

Charles York
About the presenter
Charles York is a U.S. Air Force veteran whose career spans military intelligence, private-sector investigation, and philosophical jurisprudence.
His mission with Citizen Intel is to build a lasting knowledge base for his children as they grow into adulthood—especially if they pursue investigative work—and for investigators of all ages and experience levels. Through it, he hopes to preserve practical methods and share deeper insights into investigative thinking and intelligence gathering.
He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Intelligence Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, a Master of Legal Studies, and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.
