I’m C.A. York, and my background is in intelligence analysis, legal analysis, and investigation—fields that taught me to sort signal from noise, weigh evidence carefully, and look beneath surface narratives. Just as importantly, I am a husband, a father, and a serious student of the spirit, and those parts of my life shape how I think about truth, duty, and what must be preserved for the next generation. Citizen Intel grew out of ideas I first began developing while deployed in 2018, when I started trying to build a disciplined framework for understanding power, history, geopolitics, spirituality, and the deeper patterns moving beneath current events. What I call the Citizen Intel doctrine is my attempt to bring those worlds together into a method of clear observation, moral seriousness, and principled inquiry.
